Hello fellow adventurers, my name is Andy. Fair warning, this is going to be a very experimental website for a little while. So be patient as I move along this new personal adventure. Along the way I hope to share my stories and adventures with you all. From hiking, to fishing, and camping, and any other array of misguided side quests I find myself to be apart of, they will most likely find their way on the site for your enjoyment so stay tuned.

A little bit about myself. I’m now turning the corner and looking at life over 40. I’ve recently relocated to another part of the best state in the union, talking about Tennessee of course, partly for a new perspective, and of course for a wonderful woman! I decided to relocate to this new patch of the state after a huge personal loss that rocked me to the core, but in death, there is life after death, and the show must go on. Thankfully I have some of the best friends and family in the world and with their guidance and love, I’m acclimating to the new surroundings nicely. I won’t say it’s been an easy transition by any means. I lived in my home town for 39 of my years, so a move outside of the “comfort zone” is big for anyone I suppose, but with every failure, there is a new opportunity for growth, and if you aren’t growing, you’re slowing.

I’m an avid outdoors enthusiast. I love to hike and camp and fish and be outdoors if I can help it. Along the way I’ve met some amazing people full of spirit and adventure with lessons and advice that has been motivational and unexpected. Being outdoors gives me a huge sense of calm and I’m very passionate about nature and its beauty. Along this journey, I’ll post pics/videos, of these adventures and try to give you all the best version, or at least my version, of how it all went down. I’ll attach links to as many places as I can in case it somehow inspires you to make a trip there yourself someday.

I would also like to hear some of your stories and adventures as well! I’m always open to seeking out my next adventure, so with your help and feedback, maybe I can explore some of the places you all have been as well!

Thank you for taking the time to read and I can’t wait to get started with more stories to share! See you all out there! Stay safe.

SO IT BEGINS.
